Common questions about pricing

What counts as an account?

Every account with valid consent or an import in the calendar month in the live environment, once per month. Test accounts in the sandbox never count.

Is there a trial?

The sandbox is free and unlimited with test data after approval. There is no limited trial for live accounts.

Can I switch or cancel?

Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the term. You can cancel in the app or with the cancellation button on this site, without signing in.

Why does approval cost money?

We check the identity, proof of business and intended use of every partner. The fee covers this effort. A rejection is possible.
